The Purpose
The self is more than the destination.
It is the also instrument.
In the African bush, a colony of termites pulls mineral-rich earth up from deep in the soil. Elephants come for the salt and dig into the mound. As rain gathers in the hollow season after season, it deepens until eventually it becomes a waterhole, a resource for the entire ecosystem.
The termite and the elephant were never trying to build a waterhole. They did not form a committee or create a five-year plan. Neither could have imagined what their actions would make possible.
Purpose takes shape through evolution, reciprocity and contribution. As we expand our capacity, we change what we can bring to the world and what the world brings out in us.
The Difference You'll Feel
You make decisions without spending days second-guessing them. You recover faster from stress, speak up when something matters, and handle difficult conversations without carrying them home. You take bigger risks, trust your instincts, and have more energy for the people and things you care about.
Some of the biggest shifts happen in patterns you didn't even know were shaping your life. You might come in to work on a relationship and find that the way you lead, create, or make decisions changes too.
You may leave a career you've outgrown, pursue something you once dismissed as impossible, or discover desires you hadn't given yourself room to consider. Your life can begin to look remarkably different from the one you imagined when you started.
